Returns & Replacements
If you would like to return your purchase, please contact us at customercare@bicyclesuperstore.com.au within 10 days of receiving your purchase and you will be sent an email containing a Returns Authorisation number and instructions on returning the goods.
Once the customer has been sent a Returns Authorisation number, the item must be sent back to our shipping address or in person to any of our 14 stores within 14 days to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Any items returned after the 14 days will receive credit only or exchange. We strongly advise customers to thoroughly check the product when it is received to ensure you are satisfied with the products.
Refunds and exchanges will not be permitted after 10 days from the date of purchase. Helmets and Shoes must be returned with their original packaging and unused.
Please note that refunds/exchanges will not be accepted without a Returns Authorisation number.
